Due to the nature of our products as research materials, we maintain a strict policy to ensure product integrity and safety.
Returns. Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders. If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Delivery. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed and shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
