Processing Time. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Rates and Delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $200. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Order Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
Cold-Chain Handling. Our products are temperature-sensitive and are packaged appropriately for transit. Upon receipt, store products as directed, typically cold at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from light.
Shipping Restrictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure these products can be legally imported into their country or state. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed by customs. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Shipments. If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
